REFUNDS
You may request a refund with ten (10) days of your purchase for the following items: Online Courses. Digital Downloads are not eligible for refunds for any reason.
REFUND PROCESS
To request a refund, please email our customer service team at contact@whattedsaysuniversity.com. Please be sure to include the full name and email address used when placing your order along with your order number.
Please allow at least ten (10) days for our team to review and acknowledge your refund request. We will communicate with you via email to confirm your request has been received and processed.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
EXCEPTIONS
Digital downloads are not eligible for refunds for any reason. If you have an issue with a digital download, please email our customer service team at contact@whattedsaysuniversity.com with the details of your issue and our team will do their best to assist you. Please attach the digital download to the email for expedited responses.
